Radiator and Electrical replacement
This property from the early 2000s was in need of an upgrade. We replaced all of the all panel radiators with new designer flat panel ones, and replaced all of the switches, sockets and lighting with brand new contemporary style ones. Not expensive, and the finished project looked great!
GARDEN STORAGE AND DEN
Shed and Base build
This project created much needed storage space in the garden, as well as adding a den, seating and firepit at the end of the garden!
New bases were built for the sheds, and the sheds treated and built on the bases.
BATHROOM REFIT
Modernise an old tired bathroom
In this project we stripped out all of the 3 bathroom/cloakrooms in the property, added a shower, retiled, re-floored, fitted new toilets, sinks and baths, and replaced the old shower. Finishing touches of brand new radiators, lighting, extractor fans and electrical points, all looking very clean and modern!
